Watts HQ Now In Honolulu

(Honolulu, HI) WATTS Constructors LLC announced today the move of their headquarters from the
San Francisco Bay Area to Honolulu, Hawaii.  The CEO of WATTS Constructors, Denny Watts, said
“this move will put us central to the growth in construction anticipated throughout the Pacific Rim as
well as centralizing many of our corporate services in order to better support our company's growth
both nationally and internationally.”


In 2006, WATTS Constructors merged with The Weitz Company of Des Moines, Iowa.  The Weitz
Company is one of the nation’s oldest and largest construction companies with anticipated revenues
approaching $1.5 billion in 2007.  WATTS Constructors has offices in Novato, California; Gig Harbor,
Washington; Jacksonville, Florida; Dededo, Guam; and Honolulu, Hawaii.  The diverse company is
employee owned and WATTS Constructors currently has 250 employees working in six different
states and territories. 


WATTS Constructors was most recently selected by the U.S. Navy in Bangor, Washington on an
$85 million Waterfront MACC contract for marine work in the Seattle area.  The company is currently
working on several projects in Hawaii for both the Department of Defense and the State of Hawaii
Department of Transportation.  In addition to its Hawaii work, WATTS Constructors has in excess
of $110 million in construction underway in Guam as well as numerous projects in the Western
United States.
